Special Events

Every year, Trinity celebrates quite a few special events, for children, youth, and adults. Everyone is always welcome to join us!

Annual Potluck & Congregational Meeting (January)

After worship, the church gathers together with delicious and overflowing plates at our annual potluck. As we eat together, we reflect on the previous year, take care of church business, and look forward to the year ahead.

Easter Breakfast (April)

All Trinity friends and families are welcome to an Easter Breakfast served by our youth, featuring the famous Trinity egg casserole and wonderful fellowship.

Easter Extravaganza (April)

Trinity gets a head start on celebrating Easter with Easter-themed games and activities, including our annual Easter Egg hunt! All are welcome to take part - dinner is provided.

Vacation Bible School (June)

For children AND adults! The children experience a week-long fun and exciting opportunity to learn more about God and make new friends, while the adults enjoy a Bible Study and fellowship. Dinner is provided for all.

Trunk or Treat (October)

Families enjoy Halloween-themed games and activities and collect candy and other goodies from decorated trunks of their cars for the occasion. Activities end with a free dinner for all friends and families!

RAKE (November)

As an outreach to members and neighbors in need, Trinity members perform a Random Act of Kindness Event as we rake bags and bags of leaves.

GRAND Day (November)

Once a year we intentionally celebrate all our grandparents and grand-people in our lives, inviting them to Sunday School and to worship with their grandchildren. They are all treated to a luncheon together after worship as well!

Christmas Pageants & Chili Supper (December)

Our children and youth put on creative and fun Christmas skits, and everyone is welcome to a delicious chili supper put on by the youth that immediately follows.

Christmas Eve Wassail (December 24)

Following our Christmas Eve worship service, the congregation gathers to drink this hot, spiced punch traditionally associated with the Christmas season and enjoy special Christmas treats.
