Trinity Adult Exercise Classes

The Heat Exercise classes in Fellowship Hall, Sunday – Friday

"Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God?" Corinthians 6:19.  Not only is it important to nourish the spirit, but it is also important to take care of our bodies as sanctuaries of the Holy Spirit.  

THE HEAT offers free exercise classes for all ages and fitness levels. Discover different types of exercise and exchange ideas for healthy eating while enjoying fellowship with one another. Register at your first class. Public welcome!

Sundays– Yoga (60 min), 4:00pm

Mondays– Zumba (45 min),12:00pm
Mondays– Kickboxing (45 min), 5:30pm

Tuesdays– Yoga (60 min), 12:00pm
Tuesdays– Low impact Aerobics (45 min), 5:30pm; Moderate impact Aerobics(45 min), 6:15pm

Wednesdays– Kickboxing (45 min), 12:00pm

Thursdays– Pilates 12:00pm
– Low impact Aerobics(45 min), 5:30pm; Moderate impact Aerobics (45 min), 6:15pm

Fridays– Kickboxing (45 min), 12:00pm
